BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE
Jacek Węgrzynowski was born in 1958.
After completing Preparatory High School No.4 in Katowice, attended law studies at the College of Law and Business
Administration of the Silesian University in Katowice and received a Masters of Law degree in 1985.
After graduating from the University has been working in the Regional Court in Sosnowiec as Juvenile Custodian.
Was admitted into the legal profession in 1985 and underwent post-graduate training concluded with the successful passing of examination in March 1989.
In September 1989 became member of the Advocates' Joint office No. 1 in; primarily specializing in civil, commercial and tax law.
In August 1990 admitted to the Section of Business Law of International Bar Association. In the same year attended British Polish Legal Association Workshop for Polish Commercial Lawyers in Warsaw.
Since October 1990, the president of "LEX-service" - an attorneys' partnership in Katowice.
In 1992 employed at Nabarro Nathanson, London, one of the leading law firms in Europe.
After return from London he settled in Bielsko-Biała.
Since 1990 has run individual practice in Katowice.
Since 1996 to 2005 cooperated with Law Offices of Miller, Canfield, Paddock and Stone, Detroit, USA, as senior counsel.
Since end of 1997 he was involved in the project of building TESCO hypermarkets in southern Poland e.g. TESCO in Bielsko-Białea and Tychy as well as Castorama in Bielsko-Biała.
At the same time began working for Cooper Standard Automotive Sp. z o.o. in Bielsko-Biała, PPG Industries Poland Sp. z o.o. in Katowice and Johnson Controls International Sp. z o.o. in Bieruń.
Is also adviser for Philips Polska Sp. z o.o., Metso Automation Polska Sp. z o.o. in Gliwice, ALPLA Sp. z o.o. in Żywiec, Inter-Welm Sp. z o.o. in Bielsko-Biała and SAVIA S.A. in Bielsko-Biała
Since December 2006 he has been co-operating with stock firm TECHMEX S.A. in Bielsko-Biała.
In April 2007 he became the member of the Board of Directors in KAREN NOTEBOOK S.A. in Warsaw, which made its debut on The Stock Exchange in Warsaw on the 29th of June 2007.
Since May 2007 Mr Wegrzynowski has The Silesian Flight Association in Pyrzowice in terms of legal advice.
Our law office provide Social Assistance House in Sosnowiec as well as Silesian Social Building Society with legal opinion.
On 1st January 2010 the Law Office opened the office branches in Bielsko-Biała and Częstochowa.
